TODAY Realty was created and opened for business on January 4, 1982 in Enid, Oklahoma. After Gerald Lain, Owner/Broker and his family had vacationed in The Gunnison Country for a number of years the decision was make to move here in 1989 and after working with another broker for four years Gerald reopened TODAY Realty in August of 1993. “TODAY” was incorporated in 1995 and is now know as TODAY Realty of Gunnison Inc.
